El encierro

Today we have ran the "running of the bulls", you can watch the video here:

 


 

Activities:

1.- Copy the link and post the video in your blog.
2.- Explain what we did and how did you feel (in spanish)

Now you have to do some research to explain this spanish tradition (in english):

3.- Where and when the running of the bulls happen?
4.- What do the runners sign before to run? Why? Post the song and explain the meaning.
5.- Find the names of the streets of the running of the bulls itinerary. Find a map with the itinerary and post it.
6.- What do you think about this tradition? Do you agree or desagree? Why? Explain your point of view with arguments
7.- Woud you run the running of the bulls if you could?
8.- Search for different pictures and post them.

Graphs

Build graphs to represent the weather in different places. Use a line graph for the temperature and a bar graph for the precipitation.

Airplanes experiment

1.- Visit the blog of the two partners after you in the class roster (alphabetical order) and write a coment about their blog.

2.- Post the communication of the airplane experiment in your blog following all the steps in the scientific method, be sure of explaining the research that you did, identify the variables of your experiment, include pictures of the experiment and of your graph. Also you have to explain the concepts of mean, median, mode and range. Ask me before to publish your post. You can find the pictures inside students public folder: airplanes experiment.
